Abstract

These Regulations: (a) confer a temporary exemption from the allergen labelling requirements in regulation 34B of the principal Regulations in the case of certain ingredients originating from allergenic ingredients (regs. 5 and 7 and Schedule); (b) make some consequential amendments (regs. 4 and 6) and update the definition of "Directive 2000/13" (reg. 3).
