Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Labelling (Amendment) Wales (No. 2) Regulations 2005 by conferring an exemption, limited in time, to allergen labelling requirements foreseen by the Food Labelling Regulations 1996 for fish gelatine used as a carrier for carotenoid preparations.
