Abstract

These Regulations, which apply in relation to Northern Ireland only, implement Commission Decision 2004/374/EC suspending the placing on the market and import of jelly mini-cups containing specified food additives. They prohibit the carrying out of commercial operations with regard to jelly mini-cups which contain any such food additives and the use of any such additive in the manufacture of any jelly mini-cups which are intended for human consumption.
