Abstract

These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 so as to: update the definitions of certain EU instruments; and specify the form and size of the special health mark to be applied to meat derived from animals that have undergone emergency slaughter outside the slaughterhouse.
