Abstract

Where application for registration of a food premises has been made within twelve months after the commencement day and a person is aggrieved by a decision of a health authority in relation to the refusal of such authority to register such premises or to make provisional registration of such food premises, the provisions laid down in the present Regulations relative to appeal against such decision of a health authority, shall apply.
