Abstract An Ordinance laying down provisions relating to hygienic conditions for the production, handling, processing, storages, transportation and packaging of gelatine intended for human consumption. The said Ordinance applies to gelatine to be placed on the market, as well as to animal products used in its production. In particular producers must ensure complicance with the regulations laid down in the Annex of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
