Abstract

These Regulations made under section 122 of the Tanzania Food, Drugs, Cosmetics Act prescribe fees in respect of the products and services regulated under the Act. The fees shown in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be paid in respect of the services specified. The Minister may upon advice of the Director General, change or vary any fees and charges in force at any time. Fees and charges paid under these Regulations shall be collected and appropriated by the Authority. Fees are paid for registration (also on imported goods), inspection, permits and laboratory analysis of specified human and veterinary medicines, food products and ingredients.
