Abstract

These Regulations prohibit any person to carry on any business related to products regulated under the Tanzania Food, Drugs, Cosmetics Act unless that person has paid the necessary fees prescribed under these Regulations. The fees shown in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be paid by a product dealer in connection with a variety of services including: (a) laboratory sample analysis; (b) product evaluation and registration; (c) pre-registration inspection; (d) certification of export; and (e) granting of annual dealers license/permit.
