The Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) Law of 2005 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996 up to 2004 (Νο. 2) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”).
