These Regulations shall come into operation on 22 July 2022.
Abstract

This Food (Amendment) (No.4) Regulation 2020 is enacted in accordance with the section 34 of the Food Act 1983 [Act 281]. The amendment focuses on modifying the labeling requirements of food additives and supplementing the requirements for nutrition labeling. Changes also involve general food labeling.
