Abstract

This amendment states the requirement of a licence for taking drinking water from any source for the purpose of trade or business. The amendment also includes provisions relating to the application for a licence and processing fees. The Director may impose any conditions believed necessary relating to the collection, preparation, processing and packaging of drinking water. A Schedule is added regarding the licence to take drinking water from any source for the purpose of trade or business.
