Abstract

This Regulation implements provisions of the Fishing Law of 1943 by: (a) appointing the Minister of Commerce and Agriculture as the Licensing Authority for purposes of the Fishing Law; (b) prescribing that fees payable pursuant to articles IV and V of the Fishing Law shall be paid to the Licensing Authority; (c) empowering the Licensing Authority to make forms for licenses and receipts for fees paid. The Regulation consists of 4 articles.
