Abstract

This Order provides that fishing by fishing boats as defined by section 2 of the Fishery Limits Ordinance within the St. Helena fishery limits as defined in section 3 of the Ordinance is prohibited unless authorized by a fishing licence granted by the Governor. The form and duration of a fishing licence shall be determined by the Governor in each case and such licence may authorize fishing either unconditionally or subject to such conditions as appear to the Governor to be necessary or expedient for the regulation of sea fishing as defined by section 2 of the Ordinance.
