Abstract

The Regulations contain provisions which summarily deal with: Fees for the use of nets (reg. 3); landing of fish (reg. 4); fees for licences (reg. 5); fish declared to be toxic (reg. 6); minimum size for catch or sale (reg. 7); reserved areas (reg. 8); fees for the registration of vessels (reg. 9); repeal of Regulations of 1948 (reg. 10).
