Articles 12 to 19 are placed under the title "Protection of Fish" and prescribe rules, inter alia, with respect to exportation and importation of fish, prohibited methods and the right to take specified non-indigenous fish. The remaining articles deal with fishing disputes, enforcement, offences and regulation making powers of the Minister.
