Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on the day it is published in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations replaces the Form 23 of the Schedule I of the Principal Regulations regarding the “Fishing Vessel Unloading Form” with the "Fish Carrier Vessel Completion Form B." Furthermore, Clause 3A on Export Licence Fees are inserted after “clause 3” entitled “Locally-Based Foreign Fishing Vessel.”
