Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations in regulation 11A concerning the export and protection of coconut crabs. Having in possession for export of coconut crabs requires the permission of the Principal Licensing Office. In granting permission, the Principal Licensing officer shall ensure that such permission to possess crabs for export is not granted in respect of coconut crabs protected under these Regulations.
