Abstract For the purposes of the definition of peak industry body in subsection 4(1) of the Fisheries Administration Act 1991, the Australian Seafood Industry Council Limited is prescribed. Peak industry body means such body (whether incorporated or otherwise) representative generally of persons engaged in the industry as is prescribed for the purposes of this definition.
