Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister of Environment, Wildlife and Tourism under section 3 of the Fish Protection Act, concern protection of fish resources. They shall not apply within a game reserve or a national park. The Regulations prohibit commercial fishing without a commercial fishing licence and prescribe that only a citizen of Botswana may undertake subsistence fishing.
