Abstract The amendments concern, inter alia, the title of the said Ordinance of 1 December 1992 (BGBl. I p. 1977) which shall read as follows: "Ordinance on the protection of calves". Moreover, article 4 on Special requirements for the keeping of calves up to two weeks, article 5 on Special requirements for the keeping of calves from 2 to 8 weeks and article 6 on Special requirements for the keeping of calves more than 8 weeks are replaced. Moreover, the Cattle Transport Ordinance of 25 February 1997 (BGBl. I p. 348) is amended. The Ordinance consists of 4 articles.
