One or more registering officers may be appointed for the purposes of this Act under section 3. No person shall sell any fertilizer, farm feed or remedy unless registered under section 4 of this Act, is packed in the prescribed manner, the container in which it is sold complies with labelling and packing requirements, and it is of the composition, efficacy, etc. as specified in the application for registration (sect. 8).
