Abstract These Rules prescribe that any offence under section 4(5) or 10 and any offence under the Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) Rules may be compounded by the Director-General by collecting a sum of money not exceeding one half of the maximum fine prescribed for the offence.
