These Rules enter into force on 1 April 2005.
Abstract

These Rules prescribe that any offence under section 4(5) or 10 and any offence under the Feeding Stuffs (Licensing, Analysis and Fees) Rules may be compounded by the Director-General by collecting a sum of money not exceeding one half of the maximum fine prescribed for the offence.
