Abstract

The Ordinance refers in particular to the Federal Nature Conservation Act (Bundesnaturschutzgesetz) in its consolidated versions of 12 March 1987. For example, article 1 refers to article 20e of the said Act concerning specially protected species of fauna and flora and to article 26a on general administrative provisions; the exceptions contained in article 2 relate to article 20f on provisions for specially protected species of fauna and flora; Part 2 deals with parts and products of animals and plants relating to article 20e. The Ordinance consists of 14 articles divided into 5 Parts.
