Abstract The Ordinance refers in particular to the Federal Nature Conservation Act of 20 December 1976 (BGBl. I p. 3574; 1977 I p. 650). For example, it lists exceptions to article 20f of the said Act concerning "Regulations for protected plants and animals". The "Special provisions for import and export" refer to article 21b of the Aaw. Part 4 deals with "Parts and products of animals and plants" relating to article 20e. Regulations as to the keeping, breeding and marketing of animals are contained in Part 5. The Act consists of 17 articles divided into 7 Parts.
