The President decrees to make the following amendments: Article 12 acquires a new wording. It reads as follows: "Alcohol products with ethyl alcohol contents over 9% are subject to compulsory labelling in the following manner: 1). Alcohol products manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation, except for alcohol products destined for export must be labelled with federal special stamps. 2).
