Abstract

Federal Law No. 99-FZ “On licensing of some activities” introduces mandatory licensing for activities for the provision of services for disinfection, disinsection and deratization in order to ensure sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. Federal state license control (supervision) shall be exercised over activities for the provision of disinfection services, disinsection and deratization in order to ensure sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. Federal Law No. 52-FZ on sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population establishes that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, engaged in the provision of disinfection services, disinsection and deratization in order to ensure sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, are obliged to receive license to carry out the specified activity no later than September 1, 2024. From September 1, 2024, the performance of activities to provide services for disinfection, disinsection and deratization in order to ensure sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population without a license is not allowed.
