Abstract

The Law is drafted in 3 Articles and each Article refers to amendments of relevant law. Article 1 contains amendments regarding tender for wind turbines and hydroelectric power plants; competence basis and execution; tender volume and bid deadlines; and security deposit with regard to the Renewable Energy Expansion Act. Article 2 provides amendments with regard to competence basis and execution of the Electricity Industry and Organization Act 2010 and Article 3 provides amendment to the Energy Control Act.
