Abstract

These provisions update regulation 3.3 of the Extraction Solvents for Foodstuffs Regulations, which specify the substances and materials that shall be permitted as extraction solvents in the processing of raw materials, foodstuffs, food components or food ingredients. The amended provisions regards Dymethil ether and applicable maximum residue limits.
