Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Union (Special Conditions Governing the Import of Certain Foodstuffs from Certain Third Countries Due to Contamination Risk by Aflatoxins) Regulations 2011 so as to give effect in Ireland to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 274/2012. They amend regulations ((interpretations) and 7 on checking of foodstuffs imported from the United States without a Voluntary Aflatoxin Sampling Plan certificate.
