Abstract

This Regulation lays down certain amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1152/2009, which imposes special conditions governing the import of certain foodstuffs from certain third countries due to contamination risk by aflatoxins. In particular, it amends the application scope, which covers nuts, mixtures of dried fruit, groundnuts, pistachios and other dried fruit originating from the countries specified.
