Part 2 regulates farmyard management and includes several requirements and standards to be respected by the occupier of a holding, they follow: minimisation of soiled water; shall not cause or permit the entry to waters and provide appropriate storage of certain substances (livestock manure and other organic fertilisers, soiled water and effluents from dungsteads, farmyard manure pits, silage pits or silage clamps arising or produced in a building or yard on a holding) to prevent the run-off or seepage, directly or indirectly, into groundwaters or surface waters of such substances.
