The purpose of the amendment is to give effect to changes made under the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan Regulations. Amendments include changes to width of buffers strips, to the processing and sharing of data to enable calculation of the livestock excretion rate bands, to reducing the storage height of silage bales outside of farmyards.
