Subject to exceptions specified in regulation 3, no person shall not produce or cause to be produced, obtain, prepare, process, cut, store or place on the market wild game or wild game meat other than in compliance with these Regulations. A person shall not use any establishment to produce, obtain, prepare, process, cut or store wild game or wild game meat unless that establishment has been approved by the Minister in accordance with these Regulations or Council Directive 64/433/EEC (as amended) or Council Directive 71/118/EEC.
