Abstract

These Regulations concern the conservation of the State's annual fishing effort for scallops by granting the power to the Minister to limit the number of days a Irish sea-fishing boat may fish for scallops. The calculation and allocation of fishing days to Irish sea-fishing boats shall be in accordance with criteria contained in these Regulations.
