Abstract

These Regulations implement Commission Directive 2001/30/EC amending Commission Directive 96/77/EC. Regulation 3 now reads: “Products put on the market or labelled before 1 June 2002 which do not comply with Commission Directive 2001/30/EC of 2 May 2001 may be marketed until stocks are exhausted and Commission Directive 2001/30/EC shall not apply to such stocks."
