Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to give legal effect to Commission Directive No. 92/1/EEC and Commission Directive 92/2/EEC. Theyprovide for: (a) the monitoring of temperatures in the means of transport, warehousing and storage for quick-frozen foods intended for human consumption; and (b) the sampling procedures and the method of analysis for the official control of the temperature of quick-frozen foods intended for human consumption.
