Abstract

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable species) Regulations 2004 so as to give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive 2013/57/EU which amends Council Directive 2003/91/EC on the Characteristics and Minimum Conditions for Examining Agriculture Vegetable Species. The amendments concern the characteristics to be covered as a minimum by the examination and the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties of agricultural plant species and vegetable species.
