Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2001.
Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to control the import and export of ozone depleting substances to countries that have not accepted or approved the Montreal Protocol or its amendments. Controlled substances are listed in the Schedule. Penalty provisions are set out in regulation 4.
