Abstract

These Guidelines are formulated in accordance with the Environmental Protection and Management Law, for the administrative procedures for the preparation of EIA to ensure effective environmental governance. The Guidelines provides for the required administrative procedures and how they are arranged to reflect the intent of the Law. The Environmental Impact Statement is the document produced after studying the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project. The document will provide all relevant details on the project and its effect on the environment.
