Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 70 of the Environment Act 2003, provide for the control on trade in any substance specified in the Schedule ("controlled substance") and the authorization of importation of controlled substances for purposes of implementation of the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer.
