Abstract The purpose of the present Law is to enforc the federal legislation on energy. In particular,the Law implements the Federal Energy Act of 26 June 1998. In particular, the present Law lays down provisions relating to tasks and competences of the Canton and the municpalities and promotes also cooperation with private entities.
