The Energy Efficiency Management Office shall issue a certificate and may de-register in case of non-qualification. “Energy audit” means the verification, monitoring and analysis of use of energy, including the submission of a technical report containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency with economic and cost analysis and an action plan to reduce energy consumption.
