Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 23 of the Energy Efficiency Act, provides for the registration of Energy Auditors for purposes of the Act. The Energy Efficiency Management Office shall issue a certificate and may de-register in case of non-qualification. “Energy audit” means the verification, monitoring and analysis of use of energy, including the submission of a technical report containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency with economic and cost analysis and an action plan to reduce energy consumption.
