Abstract

The Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, exercising the powers given under article 20 of Application of specifications for the production, classification, labelling and placing onto the market of edible eggs Law (N. 118(I) of 2000)declares the Department of Agriculture as the executive agency for the purposes of that Law and Regulations issued under it.
