Abstract

This Order provides for certain controls on the import of animal products as personal baggage and regulates “groupage” and similar practices in so far as they relate to animal products. A person shall not bring an animal product into the State, or cause or permit an animal product to be brought into the State, unless it is accompanied by a document containing as a minimum the requirements set out in article 3.
