Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act. In particualr, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to deep drilling, deep stocking and the extraction of mineral resources by drilling in the Land Hamburg. In particular, the Ordinance applies to the establishment of mining industries extracting or stocking oil, natural gas and other minerals; as well as to other drillings subject to mining provisions. The text consists of 104 articles divided into 14 Parts as follows: Sphere of application and definition of terms (1); General provisions (2); Drilling rig (3); Extraction industry (4); Promotion of drilling (5); Extraction of salts (6); Stockage of flammable liquids (7); Pipelines (8); Special protection measures (9); Handling explosives (10); Protection against explosion, fire and natural gas (11); Diving activities (12); Platform (13); Final provisions (14).
