Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to deep drilling, deep stocking and the extraction of mineral resources by drilling in the Land Hamburg. In particular, the Ordinance applies to the establishment of mining industries extracting or stocking oil, natural gas and other minerals; as well as to other drillings subject to mining provisions. The text consists of 185 articles divided into 20 Parts as follows: Sphere of application and definition of terms (1); General provisions (2); Work and health protection (3); Environment protection (4); Machines and other technical working tools (5); Explosion protection system (6); Fire protection system (7); Gas protection system (8); Underwater works (9); Handling of explosives (10); Scaffolding (11); Drilling plants (11); Platforms (12); Extraction industry (13); Promotion of drilling (14); Extraction of salts (15); Stock of petroleum and other flammable liquids (16); Pipelines for the transport of oil, natural gas and other substances (17); Monitoring of extraction plants (18); Projection and drawing of drill holes (19); Final provisions (20).
