Such use, however, is allowed exclusively for productions destined to be placed on the national market. Microbiological analysis shall be performed in accordance with the criteria laid down in Annex II to Presidential Decree No. 309 of 3 August 1998. Producers shall bear on the labels maintenance temperature as well as the expiry date.
