This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2013. 
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, lays down requirements for the production of edible vegetable fats and edible vegetable oils and their derivatives intended for direct human consumption, labeling fats and oils and products of fats and oils. Fats and oils must meet organoleptic requirements specified in art. 2 point 2 and physical and chemical requirements set out in the Annex. This Decree does not apply to olive oil.
