Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia establishes the list of points of entry, the minimum conditions for carrying out checks on the training of phytosanitary inspectors of buildings, equipment and working hours and other conditions at points of entry. The import of consignments of plants, plant products and other objects for which the inspection is mandatory, is allowed only through the points of entry which are listed in Annex 1. This Regulation is composed of 15 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Points of entry (Sec. 2); Conditions of inspections (Sec. 3); Other conditions (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
