Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of six articles and two Annexes, lays down requirements for food according to § 18 point 1t of the Act on food and tobacco products. The present Decree requlates technological requirements for the production of food (art. 2), the method of marketing food (art. 3), physical and chemical requirements for food safety (art. 4) and microbiological requirements for food safety (art. 5).
